Enameled winding wire consists of a film-insulated copper (or aluminum) electrical conductor utilized in coil windings for motors, transformers, generators, and other electromagnetic equipment. When wound into coils and energized, enameled winding wire generates an electromagnetic field, which is harnessed to produce the desired output energy form, such as electrical to mechanical (or vice versa), electrical to electrical, and electrical to magnetic energy.

Submersible flat cables are specially engineered to feature a distinct tube-like structure for the insulated cores. This design ensures effective separation between the cores, preventing contact and enhancing both mechanical and electrical strength compared to traditional submersible flat cables. Knurling on the outer surface further enhances durability and provides superior abrasion resistance during cable handling and installation.
